Commercial Licence

Commercial Licence allows you to publish on a single web domain to generate revenue from third-parties i.e. you have customers of your own who pay for your service(s) directly or indirectly e.g. from bookmaker affiliate schemes. If you wish to redistribute please use the web forms to request a quotation

Examples of details required may include; web-site address, magazine or book name, TV channel name, location of publication (country name, Internet, etc.). Any subsequent additions and/or changes will also be required to be notified otherwise term of the license maybe deemed to be breeched and subscription could be cancelled and any funds paid in advance will be retained as compensation to OddsMiner/Tip-Ex.

We have created the different packages so you only pay for the actual data you want.

For example if you only bet on American Sports and leagues then select our US Sports package which gives you:-

If you bet on all Ice Hockey or all Basketball including the European leagues then select the individual Ice Hockey or Basketball sport packages for a complete coverage of that sport.

Apart from not having to pay for website scraping services or writing and maintaining your own code which we covered earlier the other major benefits of the OddsMiner XML feeds are:-

Time sensitivity - Each data request is time stamped to the second so you immediately know when the data was last verified as accurate on our server, or whether the price has moved or is simply still the same as before. So, if a bookmaker site is down for maintenance or is currently overloaded and we can’t get the price we won’t update the timestamp until we can verify it again. This also allows you to decide what information you act upon. If you want to filter out anything over a few minutes old you can do so. Additionally it reduces your server load managing unwanted or out of time limit information and reduces the complexity of your code making maintenance easier and cheaper and hence lessens the chance of errors creeping in

Data on demand - Unlike scraping your own data you don’t need to request everything from the bookmakers unless you specifically want it. OddsMiner data is broken down into different market segments to allow you full control over what information you get and when you get it.

For example depending on which package options you subscribe to you can request information by :-

• sport i.e. Football/soccer by country
• league or event i.e. English Premiership
• odds type i.e. Asian Handicap or 3Way Odds
• bookmaker i.e. only Paddy Power, Ladbrokes and William Hill
• by time i.e. only updated odds since your last request
  

Of course if you want all football league matches for all odds types and all bookmakers you subscribe to in one go then you can have that too. Depending on how much server resource and bandwidth you have you may want to split the requests into multiple processes for each sport and/or league and odds type to ensure you get the very latest odds prices as fast as possible.

Yes, we offer a 7 day trial for any OddsMiner package to allow you to evaluate the data and how to integrate it into your current systems.

We have historical odds data for all sports packages included in your subscription(s).

A one-off download of historical data for a particular package costs the equivalent of a 12 month subscription less the 16.67% discount.
For example if you want all baseball odds history for 8 books you will calculate as follows:

£100 X 12 = £1,200 – 16.67% = £1000

We extract the odds 24/7 with updates taking from 5 seconds to a few minutes, so every 1-2 minutes on average.

It also depends on many factors usually down to the accessability and performance of the bookmakers website as well as restrictions imposed by the webmasters with regards to extracting the data.

We therefore add timestamps to the data to say when it was last verified (even if it hasnt moved) so you can make your own decisions on what you consider to be too old to be of interest to you.

Typically it takes between 5 seconds to a few minutes for updates to feed through depending on the particular bookmakers database structure and speed of your Internet connection so we do not recommend you use the XML Odds feed for in-running betting.

We support all the main odds types such as 3-Way, 2-Way or Moneyline, multiple lines for Over Under & Asian Handicap plus Points and Totals.
